By using Taka or its Discord bot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
Taka offers cryptocurrency information, wallet tracking, transaction analytics, Discord utilities and casual games. Information is provided for convenience and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect.
No financial service
Taka does not custody funds, execute trades, provide investment advice or guarantee balances, profits, prices or transaction results. Never provide Taka with private keys or seed phrases.
Demo games
Games on taka.lol are for entertainment and use demo credits only. They do not accept deposits, pay winnings, or represent gambling or a financial product.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse APIs, bypass access controls, impersonate another user, submit someone else’s credentials, interfere with the service, or use Taka for unlawful activity. You are responsible for activity performed through your Discord account.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as available. We may change, suspend or remove features, accounts or data when necessary for security, maintenance or legal reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, Taka is provided without warranties and the operator is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on market data, blockchain data, service interruptions or demo-game results.
